Timing is the whole sale

A license or permit bond is bought once, then renewed with whoever wrote it. Reach a contractor in the first weeks and you're a solution. Reach them a year later and you're trying to move an account. Bond requirements differ by state and class, so the license type on each row tells you which conversation to have.

How producers use it

Filter the feed to the license classes that need a bond in your states, save it as a daily email, and pass it to whoever handles new-business outreach. A CSV pack is there if you also want everyone already licensed in a county or trade.

Questions

Are these surety bond leads exclusive?

This is licensing data, not an exclusive lead: anyone subscribed to a state sees the same licenses, and nobody on the list has asked to hear from you.

Does the record say whether a contractor already has a bond?

Generally no. The record shows the license, its type and its dates. Assume a brand-new license is worth a call, and qualify from there.
