Questions
Can I subscribe to more than one state?
Yes. Each state is its own $29 subscription, and you can add or cancel one at any time. From four states up, every-state at $99 is cheaper.
Is there a free trial?
No: a trial of a contact list is the list. Every public page shows real, recent licenses with contact details partly hidden, and the sample record shows exactly what a full record holds.
What's in a CSV pack?
Every license we hold in that scope, new or not, with the contact details the records publish, as a single CSV. It's paid once and you can download it again for 365 days. A pack is a snapshot, not a feed.
How complete is each state?
It varies, and we say so. Some states publish every licensed contractor, some only certain trades, and a few are one city. Check the state's page before you buy.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are handled by Creem, our merchant of record.
